Having been the go-to industry leaders in Coffs Harbour commercial real estate for over 30 years, Coffs Coast Commercial came to Identity Marketing seeking a unique identity that leveraged their expertise and firmly established their standing in the local market. Their new identity takes inspiration from local surroundings and the laid-back, beachside lifestyle of Coffs Harbour, with a logo that references crashing waves and a bright, modern colour palette to match.
Bespoke messaging was created that establishes their point of difference, expertise and experience in the local market, highlighting that when it comes to commercial real estate, ‘It Pays to Know Locals’. Working closely with their team, we developed a streamlined design system that was then rolled out across their property marketing, social media, website and signage.
