Based in Brisbane’s inner north, Vine Property Agents are synonymous with Hendra and its surrounding suburbs. But as the area has developed, so has the competition. In order to continue to set the pace, Vine needed to lean into their biggest point of difference: Being the boutique agency in Hendra. To further this brand perception, we refreshed every facet of their identity.
A bright, fun, colour palette reflective of what’s come before, bold and punchy typeface choices, shape assets completely unique to the brand. All of these elements worked in tandem to refresh Vine’s look. Casual, relatable messaging and a brand new tagline, ‘Your neighbours sold it through Vine,’ acted as the proverbial cherry on top for the entire project. We created both a visual and verbal identity, marketing collateral, property marketing, and more.
